We are Brian and Tracy, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for numbers and a wealth of experience in diverse industries. Our goal is to provide reliable, accurate, and personalized bookkeeping services that help your business thrive.
Brian
Brian has been bookkeeping since 1988 (when it was actually kept in books). He managed inventory for a national manufacturer of some really cool equipment. And has been a professional musician for four decades, enjoying the business side of the industry (almost) as much as the music. Performing, recording, teaching, managing, booking, writing, publishing and running record labels–he’s got your books covered. He serves as pastor of his local church and has found himself on several non-profit boards, where for some reason he seems to gravitate towards the role of treasurer. He deals in details, excels at Excel, and loves helping clients see where they stand and get where they’re going.
Tracy
Tracy was introduced to a hammer in high school, which she swung to help build her family’s custom home. This paid off in the early 2000s as she and Brian went into real estate and started a construction company—buying, rehabbing, leasing and selling single family homes. After the real estate collapse of 2008, she put her skill set to work with companies ranging from asbestos abatement to metal buildings, millwork to custom steel cabinetry, before settling in as a senior estimator and project manager. She has been bookkeeping since about 2010, and finds enjoyment in its problem-solving and organizational requirements. An administrative wizard who actually zeroes out her inbox, she serves up a level of care and communication rarely seen in customer service and support.
Bringing it Together
Through everything we’ve done—the arts, non-profit, real estate, construction, and more we didn’t even mention—one activity was always constant: bookkeeping. So it was quite natural to make it our business.
